Suus.
My name is Suus and I am the owner of the Keramiek Atelier Amsterdam. I am a social psychologist by training, but at heart I have always been an artist, and now it is my profession. Working with clay is a fantastic experience! I love creating something unique out of clay with my own hands. In addition to running Keramiek Atelier Amsterdam, I also volunteer at the local animal shelter DOA, because I love animals.
Vera and Pieta are indispensable for the studio! They also give classes and teach workshops at the studio. I just love their enthusiasm for clay and their creativity. Also Danielle is essential as she helps me with answering all the emails we recieve.
Who is that cute dog in the pictures? That's my ever cheerful dog, Mokum! She is a regular at the studio and available for cuddles and pets and she often brings her doggy friends to the studio too. End of 2023 I adopted another dog from a shelter. This old man is goes by the name Opa (grandpa) and will be at the studio with Mokum and me too.
